The ICEP Europe Advantage
Who are ICEP Europe
ICEP Europe was founded in 2001 by leading psychologists, Dr Moya O’Brien and Dr Deirdre MacIntyre, to address the challenge of inclusion in education through the application of psychological skills and education expertise.
We have been providing research-informed, practical support to teachers, SNAs, SENCOs and psychologists with our accredited online and blended courses in SEN. To date, we have trained more than 25,000 professionals from over 65 countries worldwide.
Accredited Courses
Our online professional development courses are Department of Education approved and our Summer term qualifies for EPV days for primary teachers. Flexible, innovative, online and self-paced with the support of expert tutors. Â
Our courses give educators, psychologists and other professionals the skills and knowledge to transform their practice into a positive space where children and young people can learn to flourish no matter what their challenges.
University Courses
We provide flexible and accessible accredited higher education programmes in inclusive and special education, at Masters level, in partnership with the University of East London and Hibernia College.Â
Our flexible distance-learning programmes allow you to specialise in inclusive and special education and are suitable for teachers, SENCos, and other professionals working with children and young people with additional learning needs.Â
Research Excellence
ICEP Europe is an international research center of excellence which uniquely combines a range of educational, clinical and research psychology and learning technology
expertise. At the intersection of psychology and education, our research interests and experience include inclusion, special education, mental health, well-being and resilienceÂ
