Michael Armstrong

Michael Armstrong is Director of Operations and Learning Technology at ICEP.  Michael is passionate about teaching and learning and has lectured considerably in this field at third level.He manages the technical support function for our students and ensures the successful delivery of all of our online learning courses. He is also responsible for the administration of the eLearning & content management systems. Michael manages our learning portal and plays an important role in developing and publishing our courses. He is also responsible for developing processes and encouraging continuous process improvement for e-learning solutions, platform, and IT infrastructure.
