Yao is responsible for the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our online learning platforms. She oversees technical support for students and faculty, manages IT infrastructure, and collaborates closely with the instructional designer and the research team to enhance course content and delivery. With her expertise in user-centred design, Yao plays a vital role in optimising the usability and engagement of ICEP’s learning platforms and project websites. Additionally, she is integral to developing and managing e-learning solutions and learning management systems.
